For your health and safety, we have taken the following measures this summer:

Guest Transportation: All vehicles, including buggies, used for guest transportation are disinfected before and after each use. All drivers will wear a mask, including airport pickups.

All transfer cars offer masks, hand sanitisers & disposable alcohol wet wipes to patrons.

Temperatures will be checked upon arrival. Any guests with a temperature over 98.6’F / 37’C will be politely guided to seek medical advice.

Guests shall have a mask and wear them in the shared areas whenever it is possible. If a guest does not have a mask, we can provide one upon their arrival.

Upon arrival, sanitization of the luggage exterior can be applied upon request.

Our staff will wear masks and maintain the recommended social distance where possible.

Staff will sanitise hands and contact points regularly.

Rooms will not be allocated back to back – All rooms will be thoroughly sanitised and will remain empty for a minimum of 12 hours between guests.

Rooms will be sealed after cleaning to ensure lasting hygiene.

Depending on the guest’s preference, housekeeping can clean the room on a daily basis or upon request. When the room is serviced, extra focus will be given to contact points such as remote controls, door and window handles.

Amenities will be handed over at the door after the guest is checked in.

A Covid-19 Kit will be provided upon request – including masks, gloves and hand sanitizer.

Hand sanitizers will be provided in all public places throughout the hotel.

Menus, Covid-19 procedures and general information will be available in digital format through a QR code in the room and in public areas to minimize contact.

All public contact points such as door handles, lighting switches and all other high use areas will be sanitized regularly.

In the restaurant and on the beach deck, social distance is applied between sun beds, tables and chairs.

The restaurant will serve our traditional lunch buffet dishes at your table instead of an open buffet setting to eliminate any contagion risk.

Cutlery will be rolled up in a napkin and placed after the guest places their food order.

We will continue to offer in-room dining. However, the waiter will not enter your room. Your order will be handed over to you at the door or on a table outside your room.

Hotel guests are encouraged to reserve a table for lunch or dinner. Due to the Covid-19 pandemic and the limited capacity of the restaurant, tables will not be held for hotel guests who have not booked with the restaurant.

The reduced capacities for our designated food & beverage areas are as follows:
Breakfast Area: 89, Restaurant: 150, Restaurant Bar: 16, Beach (Loggia, Sun beds, including tables): 150, Beach Bar seating: 20, Beach Bar Standing: 40

There will be no SPA&Wellness service this season.

All access to tahe GYM will be pre-booked. AUV light will be placed in all worlkout areas between 8pm-7am and from 2pm-4pm to disinfect the area in addition to regular cleaning procedures.

Macakizi boat can accommodate a maximum of four people to maintain a safe social distance.

A Covid-19 Kit will be provided, including a mask, gloves and hand sanitizer.
